  1- Please note that the accountant is not responsible for the accuracy of the data sent by the client or any errors from previous years.
          
  2- The above service does not include software modification or adding any modifications, features, or templates.
  
  3- The service price may vary based on the data volume, the number of records to be entered, and the client's business size.
  
  4- The client is not entitled to postpone sessions beyond the package’s expiration date.
  
  5- The session duration is two hours, and the number of individuals in the session should not exceed 5 to make the most of the session time.
  
  6- The sent files should be in Excel or CSV format for easier handling.
  
  7- The tasks required should be clearly stated in detail to determine the appropriate cost.
  
  8- The refund policy will consider completed tasks and their costs, and the remaining cost of uncompleted tasks will be refunded. Additionally, the number of sessions attended by the client will be considered. <strong>*The same applies in the case of downgrading to a lower package*</strong>.

  
  9- If upgrading to a higher package, the price difference between the two packages will be calculated based on the added tasks and the number of sessions, and the client will be informed accordingly.
